The hotel is located in nice area, a ten minutes walk away from the main shopping street and not far away from the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room service was very fast and forthcoming.

Wow!! The rooms in this hotel are wonderful! They are so spacious and the bathrooms are wonderful. The location of the hotel is also wonderful as its super close walk into the centre of the city. There’s great valet parking provided by the hotel but also lots of parking available in the blue marked areas on the streets nearby. Great if you’re driving as can easily get to areas such as Portofino and Cinque Terre. Even if you don’t have a car, the waterfront area of Genoa was lovely and there are some great beaches a short bus ride away, such as Boccadasse Beach. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family and would 1000% stay here again. Loved it!

We booked the Supreme Room with Terrace (#606). It was spacious, with a big bathroom and a big terrace. This room doesn't have a view from terrace as it is blocked by a high wall serving as a guardrail. But that was ok for us - we spent most of the time out and about and not in the room. The room is super clean and super quiet, cleaning staff come in every day. Bed and pillows are firm and super comfortable. The bedsheets new and crisp. The location is perfect – out of the center and as a result super quiet, but at the same time – only a few minutes’ walk away from the hustle and bustle. We also used taxis at night to go to and back from restaurants. Parking – make sure you reserve ahead of time, it’s valet and 36 EUR per night. Restaurant - we also had dinner at the hotel one of the evenings, the food and the service were amazing.

Check in was a breeze. Check out was a breeze. Breakfast was excellent, convenient and delicious!

Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the staff went above and beyond by personally picking up my car from the entrance and taking care of the parking. They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. They promptly brought a plate for her, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel truly understands the importance of guest satisfaction and pet-friendly amenities, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.
